Nutrition is highly important when considering physical activity, around 60-70% of performance is down to nutrition and dehydration. It’s vital that a balance of carbohydrates, proteins and fats are consumed in the right manor, also vitamins and minerals can help process fats and proteins along the way.
A daily intake should consist of 60% carbohydrates, 15-20% protein and 20-30% fats.
