My name is Michael Hartshorn I’m a highly rated and qualified Personal Trainer.
I've worked in the fitness industry for over 3 years now as a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach and Diet Advisor. During this time I’ve overcome hundreds if not thousands of Personal Training appointments. Personal Training is a one to one basis of getting clients from nothing to something. In my past time, people have paid honest money for my expertise to lose weight, Drop Cholesterol levels, decrease blood pressure, strengthen joints, drop dress sizes and get rid of weary aches. Clients have gained inspiration to do things they never thought they could do at any age. Clients have gained a more active lifestyle through my Personal Training; they've found a hidden confidence to rise to the next level of becoming fit and improving health in general.
